Precautions:
(1) If the air pressure is too low, the spray viscosity is too big and each spray coat is too thick, then the spray effect won’t be ideal.
(2) As the two-component paint would react with water, there should never be any water content in all equipment, containers and spray guns.
(3) The two-component baking paint hardener contains isocyanic acid that irritates the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract. During the spray application, operators must wear qualified respirators while the production the production line should be well ventilated. Especially, asthma patients must never be exposed to this environment.
(4) In winter, when the temperature drops to 5℃ below, it is suggested not to adopt self-dry method. It’s better to adopt oven-dry.
