Extra
class wheat flour has bright white color. It is used for baking
croissants, Vienna bread, often shaped into baguettes, brioche,
chouquettes, Danish pastries, bugnes and chausson aux pommes.
We are able to produce various wheat flour types and can produce them according to customer specification.
