Q:What is your MOQ? And What about the production day?

A: 1)HALEI brand watch in stock: MOQ:1-100pcs/order,1-7 days after receive payment;

2)OEM:MOQ:500pcs/item,15 days;

3)ODM&OBM:1000pcs/item, 15-30 days.

Q:What's your packing options?

We offer two packing options for our customers.

1)Simple package of PP bag without gift box, it’s free of Charge.

2)Gift box is with cause extra charge. Extra cost for our standard branded gift boxes is $1/pc with no MOQ. Customized gift boxes

can be in different types&material as per your requirements, with MOQ of 100pcs.

Q: Do you have your own design team to design watches as our request?

A: Sure. Our designers can make the mock up for you within 24 hours. Logo mock up is free of charge. New designs will be extra

design charges, and the time need about one week.

Q: What's your payment methods?

A: We accept the payment from T/T,Credit Card&Debit Card,Paypal,Western Union Cash and Alibaba Trade Assurance

Q:What are your shipping methods?

A:By Express/By Air/By sea/By Train/By Car. We will choose the most suitable logistics method according to your needs

If order more than 500pcs (100pcs each color) can be customized .If you have this request ,can send your logo by email .I will contact you ASAP :

Print your company logo, family photo, or any IMG with LOW MOQ, even 1pc.

1, We charge customs made LOGO each design $25.

If your QTY reaches 500pcs, will make for FREE.

When you make the order, pls contact us to change the price for you.

2, Pls send us your LOGO/Photo/design in JPG.

3, We do the PS work and show you.

4, Payment received, we do the production.

5, 1PC Pre-made sample and show you the photo.

6, If you need, we can send you the sample for FREE, but shipping paid by you.

7, Once you confirmed, we do the bulk order.
