Every piece of our jewelry is thoroughly inspected before packing and carefully packed before we deliver it. Please know once it leaves our factory. We are not responsible for handling through the transportation service, they may handle the package roughly. We will try our best to put proper labels on the packages to avoid any damage. If there is damage, please contact us and provide the damaged picture. We will help you solve this problem.
