The raw materials of pudding include gelatin powder, fish glue powder, agar (foreign vegetables), gelatin tablets, mousse powder (mold powder), jelly powder, pudding powder, etc. They are gelatin powder, fish glue powder, and gelatin powder that can solidify.

The pudding powder is made by using carrageenan, carob gum L.B.G and other natural seaweed gum as coagulant (i.e. pudding stabilizer), using sodium stearyl lactate SSL and single dry fat T-95 as emulsifier, adding eggs, sugar, oil and other ingredients and mixing with water.
