Regularly check each shift to remove the foreign matters on the end face of the transverse heat seal copper block, and no scaling is allowed, otherwise, the heat conductivity will not drop, the temperature of the copper block will increase, and the transverse heat seal heat sealing and cutting bag will be abnormal.

When the equipment is out of use, clean the residual liquid in the pipeline with clean water in time, otherwise the product quality of the next shift will be affected after the residual liquid deteriorates. If necessary, use a hairbrush to lower the plastic infusion pipe, and wipe the machine clean in time to keep it dry and tidy.
