The pudding powder is made by using carrageenan, carob gum L.B.G and other natural seaweed gum as coagulant (i.e. pudding stabilizer), using sodium stearyl lactate SSL and single dry fat T-95 as emulsifier, adding eggs, sugar, oil and other ingredients and mixing with water.

Pudding generally refers to the food that is solidified into solid form from paste like materials, such as Christmas pudding, bread pudding, Yorkshire pudding, etc. Common preparation methods include baking, steaming, baking, etc. In a narrow sense, pudding is a semi solidified frozen dessert, mainly made of eggs and milk yolk, similar to jelly. In Britain, the word "pudding" can mean any dessert.
