After the planing, the rear hand moves forward steadily, and the front hand moves backward with the wood moving forward. It is better to press it directly above the planing blade to prevent shaking. When the planing reaches the end, the front hand moves forward with the wood and presses it downward, not beyond the platform. The rear hand presses the end and pushes forward. If the wood is long and cannot be pressed by one hand, it is better to have someone connect the front end to ensure that the wood is planed smoothly. The hand electric planer is generally used for rough processing, and is used together with the abrasive belt machine.
