When washing hemp fabrics, you can distinguish colors. When washing some faded black linen, you can add a little strong tea or coffee to the water, so that the washed linen will be solid and bright. If it is colored linen, you can add two cups of beer to the rinse water after washing, so that the faded linen will be bright and fresh.

After the real hemp fabric is ignited, there is a smell of burning grass and trees. The ashes can be crushed with fingers. The flax-like fabric emits a peculiar smell after burning, and the ashes form a mass, which is not easy to crush.
