Quality control procedure

After the order is confirmed, we meet with all departments before production to investigate all process and technical details and ensure that all details are under control.

1) 100% inspection, cutting and production of main accessories (the sample before production is the same as the approved sample sent to you)

2) The meeting of the factory director every morning; 3) Daily Q&A during online quality control production;

4) Quality assurance of finished products before packaging

5) Final inspection when packaging all goods. If there are no other problems at this stage, our quality control director will issue an inspection report and release the shipment

6) We strictly comply with ISO AQL standards

First-class quality and good technology. Generally, the material does not contain AZO and low cadmium. Alternatively, we can use materials according to special requirements, such as REACH, SHVC, EN71, CPSIA, Prop 65, etc.

Our factory implements a comprehensive management and quality control system. We have a group of QC personnel working in each production process to ensure stable quality and clean packaging.
