Ceramic fiber paper (aluminum silicate fiber paper) is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber and a small amount of scientifically selected and strictly controlled binder. The binder will burn completely in use. With technological progress and process optimization, the thickness of ceramic fiber paper may be thinner in the future. Ceramic fiber paper can be cut into various shapes for making flange gaskets or other thermal insulation.

Ceramic fiber paper is made of selected aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material by wet molding process. The slag removal and drying process has been improved on the basis of the traditional process, which is characterized by no asbestos, uniform fiber distribution, white color, no layering, less slag balls (four times of centrifugal slag removal), flexible volume weight adjustment according to the use, high strength (including reinforced fiber), good elasticity and strong machinability.
