Installation and commissioning

1. The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.

2. During installation, attention should be paid to the vertical position of the main body and the horizontal.

3. After installation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is fastened. If so, please tighten it.

4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the device.

5. After the inspection is completed, conduct a no-load test run, and production can proceed once the test run is normal.

The bricks produced by vacuum brick machines are mainly made of clay, and the production process is simple, but the damage to arable land is relatively serious. In 2015, the country successively introduced policies prohibiting the production and use of clay bricks, and vigorously promoted the reuse of solid waste. And brick products using fly ash as the main production raw material and gypsum and quicklime as the main bonding materials are gradually replacing traditional clay bricks.
