Lubrication is the fundamental to ensure the good performance of stamping equipment, which is directly related to the service life of the three-in-one feeder. The lubrication of the three-in-one feeder is different from the regular addition of butter to the traditional roller feeder. Its structure is relatively complex, integrating the frame, leveler, and feeder. Different parts need to use different lubricating oil products according to the load, speed and temperature, gear type, and gear material.
