A Color Steel House is a temporary or permanent structure constructed with galvanized light steel as the framework and color steel sandwich panels (e.g., EPS, XPS, PU) as enclosure materials. It is rapidly assembled through standardized modular design. The core material is galvanized color-coated steel, featuring an organic coating for corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and aesthetics.

4. Materials & Technology

· Sandwich Panel Structure:

· Core: EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), XPS (Extruded Polystyrene), PU (Polyurethane);

· Skin: 0.3-0.8mm thick galvanized color-coated steel, coating thickness ≥20μm;

· Connection Method: Bolted (M12 high-strength bolts) and self-tapping screws;

· Surface Treatment: PVDF (fluorocarbon paint) or SMP (silicone-modified polyester) coating, weather resistance ≥15 years.

5. Installation & Maintenance

· Installation Process: Foundation construction → Framework assembly → Wall panel installation → Roofing → Door/window installation;

· Maintenance Tips:

· Annual bolt tightening inspection;

· Avoid scratching panel coatings with sharp objects;

· Regularly clean drainage systems to prevent corrosion.
