1. Structural Features
The box-type substation is composed of high-voltage distribution equipment, a transformer, and low-voltage distribution equipment, divided into three functional compartments: the high-voltage compartment, the transformer compartment, and the low-voltage compartment. The high-voltage side is the power supply system, which can be configured for various power supply modes such as loop network supply, terminal supply, and dual power supply. It can also be equipped with high-voltage metering elements to meet high-voltage metering requirements. The transformer can be selected from the S9 series or other low-loss oil-immersed transformers or dry-type transformers. The transformer compartment is equipped with an automatic air cooling system and a lighting system. The low-voltage compartment can adopt a panel or cabinet structure according to user requirements, capable of achieving functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, energy metering, and power measurement to meet various user needs.
The high-voltage compartment features a compact structure and rational layout, with anti-misoperation interlocking functions. The transformer is equipped with tracks to facilitate entry and exit through the doors on both sides of the transformer compartment. Each compartment is equipped with an automatic lighting device for convenient operation and maintenance.
The box-type substation employs both natural ventilation and forced ventilation to ensure good ventilation and cooling. Both the transformer compartment and the low-voltage compartment have ventilation ducts, and the exhaust fans are equipped with temperature control devices that automatically start and stop according to preset temperatures, ensuring the transformer operates at an appropriate temperature.
The structure of this box-type substation prevents the entry of rainwater and debris. The cabinet is made of special steel plates or aluminum alloy and treated for corrosion resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use with an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. Operating Conditions
2.1 Ambient temperature not higher than 40℃ and not lower than -25℃
2.2 Altitude no exceeding 2000m;
2.3 Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35m/s;
2.4 Relative humidity of air not exceeding 0% ( 25℃);
2.5 Locations without flooding, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, or severe vibration.
