Working Principle
Feeding: Scrap metal is loaded into the baler's charging box.
Compression: The PLC system activates the hydraulic system, which drives the main cylinder's piston rod to push the ram and compress the material with immense force.
Pressure Holding: Once the preset pressure or stroke is reached, the system automatically holds the pressure to ensure the bale is compact and stable.
Discharging: The ram retracts, and the discharge mechanism (such as a tipping box or push plate) ejects the finished metal bale, completing the cycle. Some models include a liquid collection system to separate and recover cutting fluids during compression.
