The thin oil lubrication exciter adopts circulating oil injection lubrication. The filtered high-pressure oil (0.2 - 0.25 ) is sprayed through the injection nozzle onto the gap between the inner ring of the bearing and the cage. The oil then flows into the lower part of the oil return hole in the bearing chamber. After passing through the oil return pump, it is sent to the cooler for cooling and then returned to the oil tank. Through this process, on the one hand, it can remove some heat, on the other hand, it can remove abrasive particles and external impurities. Moreover, the oil return pump controls the oil level in the bearing chamber, avoiding phenomena such as excessive oil, high temperature, and axial oil leakage, ensuring the viscosity of the oil and enabling the bearing to operate in a good condition.
Previously, it was sealed by an oil seal, but after wear, it was prone to oil leakage. We use the principle of rotational centrifugal force of substances to machine oil discharge lines on the shaft, causing the oil on the shaft to be thrown onto the circular wall of the bearing chamber and then flowing into the lower oil return hole.
