Cast screen plate
Product description
The casting comb-shaped sieve plate is manufactured using the alloy powder spray welding technology. This technology can alter the mechanical properties of the metal, enhancing the original surface and allowing for the selection of various alloy elements such as nickel, cobalt, iron, chromium, and tungsten, resulting in a surface with high hardness and wear resistance. The holes are in a comb-like shape, featuring no clogging and high screening efficiency. It is suitable for applications in the coal, metallurgy, and chemical industries for processes such as sintering, clinker production, coke production, and various raw materials in the form of lumps.
The casting sieve plate is a high-strength sieve plate with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. It is mainly used for screening operations in raw materials with harsh environmental conditions, such as coal, coke, and ores.
The mesh bars are mainly used in the manufacturing of stainless steel. The most commonly used materials are 1Cr17, 1Cr13, and ordinary 45# steel.
The production types include: high-strength wear-resistant cast steel sieve plates, ordinary cast steel sieve plates, stainless steel casting sieve plates, and stainless steel heat-resistant casting sieve plates.
The grading particle size of the materials is: 6 - 80mm
