Working Principle

Two symmetrically installed vibration motors generate synchronous reverse excitation force, pushing materials to jump and move forward linearly on the screen surface. Raw materials are evenly fed from the inlet and layered automatically through continuous vibration. Multi-layer screens with different apertures complete accurate grading, impurity removal and dewatering in one pass. Qualified materials and waste impurities are discharged separately, realizing stable 24-hour automatic cyclic screening operation.
