Product Introduction: Reciprocating coal feeder is a professional quantitative feeding equipment widely used in mines, coal mines, thermal power plants and aggregate production lines. Adopting crank-link reciprocating transmission structure, the machine delivers stable, uniform and continuous material feeding for coal, ore and granular materials. Compared with vibrating feeders, it features smoother feeding, low dust, strong impact resistance and no material blocking. It is suitable for underground explosion-proof and heavy-duty open-pit working conditions, serving as essential silo steady-flow feeding equipment for mining production lines.
The motor and reducer drive the crank-link mechanism, which pushes the tank bottom plate to perform regular reciprocating movement. When the plate moves forward, it pushes materials out stably through friction and inertia. When returning, materials fall naturally from the silo without backflow. Continuous circulation realizes stable and uniform feeding. The feeding capacity can be precisely adjusted by changing the stroke length or adopting variable frequency speed regulation, effectively avoiding material rushing, accumulation and intermittent feeding, ensuring stable operation of the entire production line.
