Blade and housing manufacturing

Blade manufacturing: The blade is the core component of the turbocharger, usually made of high-strength alloy materials. It is formed through CNC machining and then undergoes heat treatment to enhance its high-temperature resistance and fatigue resistance. After the processing is completed, a dynamic balance test is required to ensure stability during high-speed rotation.

Turbo housing manufacturing: The turbo housing is generally manufactured by casting or stamping processes. The materials are mostly nickel plates, low-carbon chromium iron, or niobium iron, etc., to ensure high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. After the shell is processed, size inspection and surface treatment are also required. After assembly, we will conduct unified debugging and testing to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the turbocharger's cooperation with the engine combustion.
