Asphalt storage tank insulation, asphalt mixing station heating, modified asphalt production, biomass fuel oil gas, heat transfer oil furnace
Product description
A heat-conducting oil furnace utilizes heat-conducting oil (a high-temperature heat transfer medium) as the circulating carrier to obtain high-temperature heat energy ranging from 250 to 350℃ under atmospheric pressure. Unlike steam boilers, which require high-pressure operation, it has a higher safety factor and is widely used in industrial production heating and temperature control operations. The core applications are classified as follows:
1. Chemical industry (most commonly used)
Resin synthesis, rubber vulcanization, plastic extrusion, PVC granulation, chemical fiber spinning and setting;
Asphalt heating, crude oil insulation, reaction kettle thermostating, oil distillation, waterproof coating production;
Production of fertilizers, dyes, and additives involves providing continuous and stable heat to the reaction kettle and precisely controlling the reaction temperature.
Grain and oil food industry
Edible oil refining: heating in degumming, decolorization, and deodorization processes;
Baking equipment, dried fruit drying, maltose boiling, oil press heating;
Canning and chocolate making are conducted at a constant temperature throughout the entire process to prevent local overheating and deterioration.
Asphalt pavement and building materials industry
Insulation of asphalt storage tanks, heating of asphalt mixing plants, and production of modified asphalt;
Gypsum board drying, fiberglass, tile mold heating, and plywood hot pressing;
Insulation materials undergo foaming and curing, while carbon fiber materials are molded at high temperatures.
Dyeing and textile industry
Heat setting of printed and dyed grey fabric, printing and drying, non-woven fabric production, sizing material boiling, and heat supply for drying machines all achieve uniform temperature, resulting in minimal color difference in the finished products.
Wood processing industry
Heat supply for plywood, multi-layer board, and MDF hot presses; heating in wood drying rooms, replacing steam, with controllable temperature, resulting in higher product quality of boards
