The WG3033 is a 1×32 desktop mechanical optical switch engineered for high-channel-count automated optical path routing in optical module mass production, device inspection, and fiber network monitoring. It routes one input fiber across 32 output channels from a single benchtop chassis, eliminating the cumulative insertion loss and rack clutter of cascading lower-channel-count switches. The mechanical architecture delivers 1.0dB insertion loss, 60dB crosstalk suppression, 50dB return loss, and ±0.02dB insertion-loss consistency across all paths—metrics that preserve signal integrity in loss-sensitive test chains. 20ms switching time and 10⁷ (ten million) switching cycles support high-duty-cycle production environments. Operating across SM 1270–1650nm or MM 850nm, the WG3033 suits both single-mode and multimode routing. RS232 and USB interfaces enable full program control for sequencing alongside power meters, attenuators, and source-measure units; front-panel buttons and LED indicators support standalone operation. Its 450×320×90mm / 5.0kg chassis and AC220V input suit production floors and lab racks alike. The WG3033 is purpose-built for optical transmission multi-path monitoring, optical device mass production testing, fiber network and field cable verification, multi-source/detector auto-switching, and multi-point dynamic fiber sensing—wherever 32 paths must be switched from a single scriptable unit.
