Accelerator ETU(NA-22)-80 , White Granule , Used for soles and other rubber products.

Recommendations and Applications:

ETU is unique accelerator of CH/W type CR, ECO, CM and ACM. 

It is able to vulcanize CR in very fast curing rate, with long scorching time , good processing safety. 

It is activator and second accelerator of low sulfur and sulfur-free vulcanization of diene rubber. 

ETU improve hot aging resistance and physical properties of vulcanizates, usually with no blooming.

Generally add 0.1-2.0 PHR , can be used in wire , cable, rubber soles , rain boots , raincoat , etc.

Composition:

Pre-dispersed 80% 1,2-ethyl thiourea in a 20% elastomeric binder.

Elastomeric binder can be SBR or EPDM , or others according to customer’s requirements.

Dosage:

The same amount as NA-22 powder in rubber compound, generally 0.1~2.0 PHR ,
