Our factory adopting “Solid formaldehyde” synthetic resin technology ,reduced some production process, and unnecessary equipments, saved the space and solve the Wastewater discharge problem and environmental issues.

Using automatic temperature control system which combine with electric heating and physical reaction, Improved the production efficiency and reduced the resin production cost. Resin synthesis equipment together with Automatic foaming machine, realized the stability of floral foam density, intensity, water-absorbing quality, water-retention rate, PH Value etc.

And the foam opening rate can reach more than 95%. The production cost of the new technology  reduced by 15% than the old one. The whole production line include: Resin synthesis equipment , Automatic foaming machine, foaming mould, cutting&printing machine and shaped cutting equipments.
