Imported converter (PLC) Ccan control eight different product ratio.

Foaming mould
Using automatic electrical heating control system to make floral foam heat evenly and maintain the temperature. And it makes floral foam shaped constantly with uniform density and enjoys little waste.

Vertcal Cutting Machine
Simple operation. It is equipped with suction machine, which greatly reduces the floral foam powder pollution and makes working environment healthy.

CNC horizontal cutting machine
Computer control, simple operation. Equipped with suction machine, greatly reduces the floral foam powder pollution, make working environment healthy.

PLC horizontal pushing printing machine
This machine is used to cut the sloice in bricks, then the floral foam bricks go into PH processing system. The process is automatically controlled by PLC, which greatly improves the production efficiency and quality.

The lab equipment
All the production line covers 1000 square meters. It needs 3~6 workers to work for 8 hours per day in order to produce 600~1500 cartons, which is enough for the standard configuration.As for the power requirement, it needs about 85kw. The machinery can be customized due to different countries have different requirements for the power. As for the raw materials, we will offer after signing of the contract.As for the service, we will teach you until you learn it well in our country. Besides, we will help you install the machines in your country.If the equipment has problems, we will help you to solve.

1.Technology training:

  The Buyer can send 3 technical person to come over to our factory to learn the technology and formula, 7days is suggested, they can learn as long as they like, the Seller will bear their accommodation. The Buyer should bear their tickets.

2.Installation and maintenance

    1). The seller will send two engineers to help installation and trial production, the buyer should bear the air tickets and accommodation of the two engineers.

  2). After the two engineers left within one year, if there is any problem due to the equipment itself which can not be solved via e-mail or telephone communication, the Seller will bear the Visa fee, air ticket for the engineer(s) who will maintenance equipment. The Buyer should bear the engineer(s) accommodation.

  3). If the problem not due to the equipment itself, the Buyer should bear the Visa fee, air ticket and accommodation for the engineer(s) who will maintenance equipment.
