Black light lamp is a specially designed gas discharge lamp, with the same structure and electrical characteristics as general lighting fluorescent lamps, except that the fluorescent powder coated inside the tube wall is different. Black light lamps can emit a type of ultraviolet radiation that is invisible to humans and have great destructive power against agricultural pests. Phototaxis, therefore widely used in agriculture. Some mosquito control lamps are also equipped with mosquito suction fans. When mosquitoes approach the mosquito control lamp, they will be sucked into the lamp by negative pressure airflow, thereby improving the mosquito control effect to a certain extent. However, this type of mosquito control lamp is usually much more expensive than ordinary mosquito control lamps, and is only suitable for users with high requirements or special needs (such as being more used for mobile mosquito suction). Generally, it is less used in households and has a limited social ownership.
