Ultrasonic transducers are a key component of ultrasonic cleaning devices, and their function is to convert electrical oscillations into elastic mechanical vibrations (ultrasonic vibrations). There are two types of commonly used transducers based on their working principles: magnetostrictive transducers and piezoelectric transducers. From the working frequency, there are high-frequency transducers (usually operating at several hundred KHz) and low-frequency transducers (usually operating at several tens of KHz). In order to achieve high conversion rates, the transducers operate at their natural resonance frequency.

The ultrasonic cleaning device mainly consists of three parts: ultrasonic transducer, cleaning tank, and generator. In addition, some also come with cleaning solution circulation devices (such as pumps, filters, heaters, etc.) and conveying devices for components.
