The manufacturing of dehumidification wheels is based on ceramic fiber paper with a temperature resistance of over 500 ℃, which is formed into a honeycomb shaped wheel through a molding mechanism, and then coated with silicone gel between the ceramic fibers. Therefore, the dehumidification wheels will not experience combustion and deliquescence problems. Due to its dehumidification function utilizing physical rather than chemical processes, it will not produce any harmful chemicals.

The working principle is that the fan draws humid air into the machine, and through the heat exchanger, the water molecules in the air condense into water droplets. The treated dry air is discharged from the machine, and this cycle keeps the indoor humidity at an appropriate relative humidity.
