Product principle

It is a biological membrane system with filtering function. Its working principle is as follows:

The wastewater is evenly distributed into the biological reaction system through a unique water distribution system (shaker bed). On the surface of the BioFilter nano-porous biological enzyme packing in the system, a biofilm is formed. During the downward flow of the wastewater, the pollutants are removed by adhering to the biofilm on the surface of the BioFilter nano-porous biological enzyme packing.

The aeration within the system is achieved through the principles of aerodynamics, ingeniously introducing natural air into the equipment. This enables multiple-stage anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic reactions to occur alternately within the tank. The product demonstrates excellent removal effects for COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen and SS.
