EASTLIFT Boom Lift Specifications

I. Eeneral Description

  1. The machine can adapt to specific working environments, including humid, highly corrosive, dusty, high-temperature and low-temperature conditions.
  2. The machine is equipped with automatic driving function, enabling fast and slow travel under different working conditions.Only one operator is required to continuously control lifting, forward, backward, steering and rotation during aerial work.Compared with traditional hydraulic platforms, it greatly improves work efficiency and reduces both the number of operators and labor intensity.

II. Boom

  1. Dust-proof and sand-proof devices are installed at the boom head, cylinder piston rod and other positions.
  2. The cable carrier is made of high-strength engineering plastic resistant to marine climate, suitable for harsh working environments.

III. Turntable

  1. Lifting lugs are provided on the chassis and turntable for convenient hoisting.
  2. The platform features automatic leveling; the inclination angle relative to the horizontal plane is no more than 1.5°.

IV. Safety Setting

  1. Upper and lower control consoles (ground console and platform console) are provided, with a reversing switch for mode selection.The lower console is locked when the upper console is in operation.
  2. Boom extension, retraction, luffing and rotation run smoothly with buffer devices.
  3. The electric self-propelled straight boom aerial work platform adopts reverse current braking and mechanical parking brake.The service brake features automatic adjustment and disc brake type, ensuring simple operation, safety and reliability.
  4. A foot switch is installed on the platform; all functions can only be activated when the foot switch is depressed.
  5. Boom movement is restricted when the machine is parked on ground with a gradient exceeding 5°.
  6. All hydraulic cylinders are equipped with counterbalance valves or hydraulic locks to prevent automatic movement.The connection between cylinders, counterbalance valves and hydraulic locks is rigid.

V. Electrical System

  1. PLC and CAN bus control are adopted to simplify the circuit and facilitate maintenance.Metal aviation connectors are used with protection class IP65.
  2. Boom extension/retraction, luffing, rotation and platform travel adopt electronically controlled proportional hydraulic control, realizing stepless speed regulation.
  3. Acousto-optic alarms are activated during machine operation.
  4. Emergency stop buttons are installed on both upper and lower consoles, allowing the operator to quickly cut off power in case of emergency to prevent further movement.
  5. The lower console is equipped with a fault display, and the upper console is equipped with a battery indicator.
  6. The upper console is protected by a protective cover.
  7. All functions are controlled by joysticks on the platform.The motor features stepless speed regulation, effectively extending the service life of the battery and motor.The motor only consumes power during operation.A multi-motor structure is adopted: travel and lifting are driven by separate motors.The platform can travel safely with the boom at any position, and travel speed decreases as the lifting height increases.
  8. The machine is equipped with an intelligent charging system and a fully automatic charger,which automatically completes the whole charging process and stops charging when the battery is full.
