Product Classification

Air chisel is the general term for pneumatic impact tools. They are sorted by size: small ones are air chisels, large heavy-duty ones are air picks.

Handheld air chisels Two mainstream sizes: 250mm and 190mm, with minor appearance variations.
Vertical air chisels Uniform model codes: C4, C6.
Air picks Main models: G10, G11, G15. G11 and G15 look almost identical, so we mainly recommend G10 and G15 to customers.
General impact frequency for air chisels: 2200-2800 blows per minute.

Model & Standard Configurations

Handheld Series250mm Air Chisel (Black) Standard set: 1 tool + 2 chisels (flat & pointed) + retaining spring. Chisel shank diameter: 10mm, holder hole: 10.3mm; working tip: 12mm. Piston: Φ19mm × 65mm, stroke 96mm (87mm for polished round-tail version). Air inlet: 1/4 thread, Euro adapter optional.

190mm Air Chisel (Black) Standard set: 1 tool + 2 chisels (flat & pointed) + retaining spring. Same chisel size as 250mm model. Piston: Φ19mm × 50mm, stroke 64mm (66mm for polished round-tail version). Air inlet: 1/4 thread, Euro adapter optional.

Vertical Series
C4 Vertical Air Chisel Standard set: 1 tool + two 300mm chisels (flat & pointed) + spring + air connector. Chisel shank: 17.3mm, holder hole: 17.5mm; tip: 22mm. Piston: Φ25mm × 50mm, stroke 110mm. Air inlet: 3/8 thread, Euro adapter optional.

C6 Vertical Air Chisel Standard set: 1 tool + one 300mm flat chisel + spring + air connector. Same chisel size as C4. Piston: Φ30mm × 58mm, stroke 120mm. Air inlet: 3/8 thread, Euro adapter optional.

Air Pick Series (G10/G11/G15)

All come with one 300mm chisel as standard.

• G10: Chisel shank Φ23mm, holder hole 24mm, tip Φ25mm
• G15: Chisel shank Φ30mm
