FPK Develop Co. Ltd. is establised by new managing team who aware the world environment. We produce the granule organic fertilizeer with the high standard technology. Raw material constant flows are guaranteed by four 60 MT steel type silos. Raw material will be mixed according to formula under close supervision by qualified staffs. Thoroughly mixed raw materials will be molded into granular form bio organic fertilizer on giant prilling disc. During this stage, liquid plant hormone and enzyme will be sprayed on the granules. Kilning Tube Bunker oil and firewood are used by most organic fertilizer manufacturers during kilning process to reduce moisture. As we all know, these materials cannot be completely burnt off so they left behind so much trace of soot on granule''s surface. When those bio organic fertilizer granules are to be used in rice fields or wet terrains, soots will be floated on the upper level and block off the soil. FPK DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. utilizes LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) to produce heat that leaves behind no soot. Further, heat temperature can be better controlled to meet specific temperature level by our unique gas burners so effective micro organism which are beneficial to plants and soil can be preserved. Bigger and smaller size granule than standard size will be sorted off by double sorters, guarantees that only standard size will be passed through to bagging zone. Both under and over standard size granules will be sorted out. Through the process, cracked and crushed granules will also be minimized. Periodic quality check is another reason why our products have been proven as higher than typical standard produced by most manufacturers. Periodically before being bagged, Green Meal granule bio organic fertilizer are randomly picked and sent to state university lab to test their quality and integrity. Before Green Meal bio organic fertilizer are bagged, they are manually checked by packing staffs to make sure in final stage that only high standard product will be passed through.
