4. Seller sends contract
5. Buyer signs contract
6. Buyer sends RWA bank to bank via
Swift indicating their readiness to open
L/C once they receive 2% PB
7. Seller sends 2% PB of the first shipment
8. Buyer opens L/C for the total amount and shipment begins immediately.
