The channel cover component is connected to each tube plate. Floating tube plate: This design is similar to a fixed tube plate design, except that one tube plate allows axial movement within the shell, while the other tube plate is fixed. This configuration allows for detachable tube bundles. U-shaped tube: composed of straight tubes bent into a U-shape, terminated at both ends in a tube plate. The tube bundle is equipped with brackets or deflectors. The tube plate/bundle is placed in the shell and fixed between the head flange and the shell flange with bolts. A head component is needed to guide fluid in and out of the tube bundle. This configuration allows the entire bundle to be detachable.
