Huamin forged steel ball and grinding steel rod are professional grinding media for ball mill, SAG mill and rod mill, manufactured by Shandong Huamin Steel Ball Joint-stock Co., Ltd.

We adopt hot rolling forging technology with B2, B3 and 65Mn alloy steel raw materials. After integrated heat treatment, our forged balls have dense internal structure, uniform hardness ranging from HRC45 to HRC58, low breakage rate and outstanding wear resistance, which is much better than common cast steel balls.

Production & Quality Inspection

All products are inspected with 6 strict procedures before delivery: raw material test, size inspection, temperature control test, hardness detection, impact test and drop breaking test. We strictly implement the national standard YB/T 091-2019, and our products can reduce comprehensive consumption cost by 30% for mineral processing plants.

Application Scope

Our grinding media are widely used in gold mine, iron mine, copper mine, quartz sand and cement production lines. The available size of forged steel ball is Φ20mm-Φ160mm, grinding steel rod Φ50mm-Φ100mm, custom non-standard sizes are supported.
