Now most of the mascot heads ( a few styles are excluded such as the sea star) are made with ONE PIECE POLY FOAM. This material allows for flexibility that prevents against breakage should it be accidentally dropped.

Additionally, extensive research has gone into the design to provide the best vision, ventilation, and comfort possible. The head of the mascot will not rest on the head instead of rest on the shoulders that will not make your head feel headache. Another advantage of the Foam Head is that it is much lighter than other materials.

By default, the mascots are designed as "One Size Fits Most" for adults ranging from 5'5" to 6'. If you need the special size such as the children size or extra large size, please just select the correct one from the options.

Vision on most mascots is usually through the eyes, though some mascots have vision through the mouth either exclusively (depending on the costume) or in the mouth and eyes together. The eyes are screened and allows you to see without being seen.

Approximate Weight of most mascots is 6-11 pounds (3-5 Kg) including the suit and shoes. The head alone will usually weighs 4-5 pounds, depending on the certain costume.

Most mascots come in 4 parts: the head, body suit, hands and feet are all separate (special requirements could be met such as make the gloves connect to the sleeves). All photos showed are taken from the actual costumes. Buyer will get the one just like what you see here.

Time schedule

Please note that we have no inventory of most of the costumes. All costumes are made in our factory upon the order and usually can be shipped out within 5 working days and then additional 5-7 days for shipping.

How to submit custom size & color?

If you need the special size, please leave the message of your size details including height, chest, waist when checkout. Extra fees may be charged.
