The whole unit adopts diesel generating set as main active force, via VFD actuating system converting the AC current output by diesel generating set into AC current with frequency adjustable, then via AC variable frequency motor driving the drawworks, rotary table and drill pump separately.
Drawwoks, which adopts AC variable frequency control and energy dissipation braking, have the features of small volume, light weight, reliable performance, permanent working, convenient maintenance The disc brake is used to parking brake, allocation and emergency stop. Main function achieves total numerical control through computer and electric control system. AC variable frequency decelerating electric motor acting as automatic drill and accident braking drives drum through gear reduction box.
The derrick is K type, low-level installation, integrated lifting and dropping, convenient removing and installation, good stability and high security.
Rig substructure has box on box type, slingshot and helicospiral type. All equipment of floor adopts low-level installation and jack up in position through drawworks pulling force.
