VULCAN Polycarbonate Corrugated Pearly RED ROMA sheet was developed specially for agricultural greenhouse purposes. 

The special Pearly RED pigment filters out unwanted far Infrared and keeps the near red light which plants need for better growth.

Additional weather Resistant properties ensure a longer lifespan.

 

VULCAN Polycarbonate Corrugated Pearly RED ROMA sheet uses 100% Virgin resin from Mitsubishi Japan, with added weather resistant grade Pearly RED pigment.

 

VULCAN Polycarbonate Corrugated Pearly RED ROMA sheet creates not only an eye catching Reddish/Greenish Hue, but also a significant drop in temperature (Depending on the individual application conditions, rooms are up to 15°c cooler compared to non-pigmented systems), owing to its ability to block harmful UV and IR rays.

 

As with all of our polycarbonate products, VULCAN Polycarbonate Corrugated Pearly RED ROMA sheet has an additional optical grade UV400 coating from Sumitomo Dow Chemicals Japan to protect itself from harmful UV rays.

 

VULCAN Polycarbonate Sheets are produced using advanced Co-Extrusion process to ensure an evenly UV coated surface. We use feedblocks from EDI (Extrusion Dies Inc.) and the extrusion process is controlled from Dynisco systems.

 

Impurity leads to less quality, which is why VULCAN Polycarbonate sheets are produced in clean rooms; the cleaner the environment, the cleaner the sheets, and hence a longer lifespan.

 

Optional Plus+ surface treatment provides added light softening properties. (MOQ required)
