Product Introduction                         

 Automatic Vaccinator for Poultry (AID-P-M) is used for poultry of 3 weeks or older. The operator holds the bird by legs and wings and places the breast against the machine, and the injection completes in less than one second. The machine is very easy to use and maintain. It does not need special training for operation. This vaccinator provides safer, more accurate and consistent injection. It can have injection speed up to 1500 birds per hour.

5.Vaccinat Instruction

①Switch on the power and the green indicator lights on as shown in the figure. Hold the chicken legs by one hand and hold the chicken wings by the other hand as shown in the figure.

② Press the chicken breast against the operation interface (the red zone of the chicken illustrated in the figure shall be fit into the blue zone of the interface illustrated in the figure). The two red indicators shall be both on, indicating the position is proper for injection.

③ The injection automatic starts once the two red indicators on, and it finishes instantly. Put back the chicken once injection finishes.

The counter on LED screen increases automatically after each injection. When the machine sounds a "di..." blew, the injection counts up to 100 times (The number can be set upon request)
