Automatic pan feeding system

There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed d  elivery.

 

 

Feed pan

lFeed amount could be adjusted to different gear level according to actual situation.

lFeed pan slide switch could adjust feed flow until it is filled.

lFeed pan is convenient, accurate and quick to adjust feed flow, the operation is to hand by outside grids and rotate up and down.

lPan bottom can be disassembled on ground,working specially as a pan for 0-7 day old chickens.

lPan plate of V shape design can reduce feed storage on bottom,so that birds can always have fresh feed.The design can also prevent birds from staying too long on the plate.

lThe edge of pan plate tilt towards the center,which can avoid waste of food.

lThe smooth edge can prevent the craw of birds from hurting and make sure safety and comfort feeding.

lInstallation of feed pan along conveying-pipe could be fixed or swing type.

Feed sensor

 IFM brand imported from Germany.When feed sensor is installed inside the feed pan, connecting to open, Driving motor starts work to convey feed when feed sensor does not touch feed, and it stop conveying feed when feed sensor touches feed(for main feed line and pan feeding line use).

 

When feed sensor is installed at the bottom of feed bin, connecting to close, the function is opposite to the above situation.

 

 

 

Automatic ventilation system

 This system controls climate conditions,fresh air,humidity and temperature in poultry shed.It is vital for growing birds,including air inlets,axial flow fan and butterfly cone fan for your choice.

 

 

 

Cooling pad system

Cooling pad and fan, the longitudinal ventilation and cooling combination is the most economic and effective summer cooling system for poultry house.

 

Cooling pad and fan system, which is reasonably designed and installed, can control the temperature in the poultry house to 30 degrees centigrade or under hottest weather,thereby reducing the influence of high temperature on the growth of poultry to minimum.

 

 

 

Environment control system

This system saves labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum growth environment of poultry chickens.It is imported from Israel which can set an optimum working mode according to the local climate and raising environment.
