Shipping of Machines

1. Ocean Transport--Need customer supply destination port. 

2. Air Transport--Need customer supply airport of customer country. 

3. Express Transport--Door to door transport, need to know postal address and code. 

4. Train Transport--Need customer supply arrival station. 

5. Truck Transport--Detail address. For more transport way, talk directly. 

Packing of Machines

1. Our machine usually use export standard wooden packing. 

2. For small machines or samples, sometimes use carton packing. 

1. Our Quality Guarantee Period is for one year;

2. Oversea Engineer service is available; 

3. We can supply Technical Support by phone, email or video all the time.

4. We promise our customers that if there is something wrong with the product within the Guarantee Period, we will repair the products within 10 days or return money or re-produce the products with no charge. 

1. What is the voltage/phase for the machines?

We normally make it 220V/50Hz/Single Phase or 380V/50Hz/Three Phases. But it can be made accourding to clients'  demand, like 110V/60Hz/Single Phase, 400V/50Hz/Three Phases etc. 

2. Will you make packaging before delivery, and what kind of packing box you will use?

For LCL cargo, we pack machines in export standard plywood boxes, no vermin, germs etc. help get better protection while transporting machines. For whole container cargo, sometimes no pack.

3. How long is the guarantee for your machines?

We promise guarantee as one year for non-human damage factor.

4. Do you supply spare part for machines?

If you want to change some parts after long time using, can contact us, we keep whole life spare parts supply. 

5. What's the payment terms?

Our payment terms include T/T, L/C, Western Union, MoneyGram and trade assurance. 

6. For machines delivery by sea, what document will you supply for customs clearance? 

Usually we supply Bill of Lading(Telex Released), Packing List and Invoice freely. If you need original document, we can send by express. And can supply other documents as customers demand, like CE, CO etc.
