Diamond powders 40 to 200 microns
Product description
SYNTHETIC DIAMOND GRINDING POWDERS
AC4 is characterized by an increased friability, its grains being represented by aggregates and concretions.
Best for producing the resin bond diamond tools used for grinding and finishing of hard alloys.
AC6 - the grains are mainly represented by non-ideal crystals, their fractions or concretions.
Best for producing the resin, metal and ceramic bond tools used for grinding hard alloys, ceramics, glass and other friable materials.
AC15, AC20 - these are represented by crystal fractions and their concretions of an elongated shape with a developed surface.
Best for producing the metal bond tools used for grinding, drilling and cutting of glass, quartz, sapphire and for hard alloys processing.
AC32 - the grains are represented by crystals and their fractions.
Best for producing the metal bond tools used for stone grinding, soft rock cutting and for processing glass, ruby, leuco sapphire, corundum and for rough honing.
AC50 - whole crystals and their fractions noted for their high strength.
Best for producing the metal bond tools used for stone grinding, soft rock cutting and for processing glass, ruby, leuco sapphire, corundum and for rough honing.

Technical characteristics of synthetic diamond grinding powders
Nos. | Characteristics | Value | Control method |
1 | Main fraction content, % | Not less than 85 | Analytical Sieve Shakers, model AS 200, Retsch GmbH & Co.KG. Test sieve HAVER & BOECKER |
2 | Static strength of grains, N | 5-10% overvalues compared to GOST 9206-80 | The unit DDA-33 for determination of the relative static strength index of diamond grains from PETROSOFT, |
3 | Soluble impurities, % | not more than 0,5 | Guaranteed by the purification process |
4 | Presence of grains with zero strength (for AC4, AC6 grades) | none | Guaranteed by the process of grains volume compression prior to sieving |
