Desiccated Coconut is made from matured coconut. The age of matured coconut is around 11-12 months. Coconut are de-husked, de-shelled and taken brown skin before entering the production at the factory.The plant is designed to comply international standards such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, HALAL.
