3.What makes the product?

a) . Outside non-woven bag

Non-woven is very strong and good in tightness. Colors can be different as your request.

b) .Inner dissolved bag.

The inner bag material is dissolved film, which can keep the SAP inside without any leakage. It can be dissolved quickly after it meets water.

c) SAP.

Super Absorbent Polymer is a kind of macromolecule materials which can absorb the amount of water that is equivalent to or even hundreds of times its own weight.SAP is widely used in sanitary napkin, baby diaper, adult diaper, surgical pad and pet pad, etc. Also, it is widely adopted in agriculture, inflatable flood control sandbag, industrial rubber, and absorbent gel for optical cable .This material is white powder or granule shape. After absorbing hundreds of time water, it will inflate as a gel shape.

SAP is kind of material that is environmentally friendly, nontoxic, pollution-free, degradable in nature.

4. Where to use?

a) .For liquid absorption. Use the bag in Lab, hospital, school, factory, home and any place with water. It can absorb water, urine and many kinds of waste water quickly.

b) . For warehouse, yard, ditch pond, flooded farmland drainage.

c) .For easy flooded factory, tunnels, underground car parks, metro areas such as the use of anti-drowning.

d) .For road construction, bridge construction sites, competition sites and other water catchment.

5. How to use?

a) Storage: Sealed well, stored in indoor place. Keep away from sunshine, moisture.

b) When you use them, put the bag completely in water nearby or directly in the flood to let them absorb water. After about 3-5 minutes, the bag can be inflated (about 15 kg) heavier, then move them to intercept the leaking place.

For waste water absorbing, you can put the bag in the wet place; it will absorb water quickly and make the ground dry

c).After using, put the used bag in the empty dry place, and when they become smaller, treat them as domestic waste, which is innocuous and environmental friendly. Do not put them in drainage system, as the SAP gel inside may block it.

d).Cannot be reused for many times, because SAP have a capacity to hold the water in the bag, and it may take a large cost and manpower to dry the used bag. Also, after using, the SAP cannot absorb as much water as the first time.
