Conveyer Belt

Product description

Product Description

Our company is a professional manufacturer of various kinds of wire mesh belt.
Fabrication Material: Including AISI 304,AISI304L,AISI 316,AISI316L, SS 309, AISI 310,AISI 314, etc.
Application: Used in Sintering,Brazing, pharmacy, drying, chemical, Glass Industry, electric, high temperature equipment, heat treating, transit Baking Industry and Food Processing, etc.
Material Selection:
SS 309: With a relatively high chromium content of 25%, this alloy provides good oxidation resistance up to 1700°F(927°C). Due to instability of the scale formed on this alloy under some conditions, its primary value is in applications where the environment is destructive to high nickel alloys. In these applications where sulphur, lead or zinc may be present, it is particularly useful by virtue of its high chromium content and low nickel content. It also is subject to carbide precipitation in the 800°F(426°C) to 1500°F(816°C) range and a low carbon or stabilized alloy should be used where the environment is 1500°F range and a low carbon or stabilized alloy should be used where the environment is corrosive.
AISI 310: This alloy is quite similar to Type314 except for a lower silicon content. It is used primarily where a relatively high chromium and nickel content is needed and the belt must withstand moist corrosion.
AISI 314: This alloy is extensively used for belts operating at temperatures up to 2100°F(1149°C). Its composition provides a high degree of oxidation resistance at high temperatures and good carburization resistance.

1. Conventional Weave

Also referred to as chain link mesh since it is woven in the same manner as Chain Link fencing. All spirals are of the same direction and are woven together without the use of connecting rods.

Generally used in chain driven applications where exceptional drainage of open area are required. Available in any material

2. Balanced Weave
Manufactured using left & right hand spiral connected with a crimped connecting rod to create a balanced weave that is straight tracking. This weave is designated with the letter B.
Balanced weave is the most common weave used in general friction driven applications, positive driven mesh, and chain driven applications. Often used for architectural mesh, safety curtains electric, anneal furnace, high temperature equipment, heat treat, metallurgy, transit and food industry. Available any material.

3. Double Balanced Weave

Consists of a series of alternating double left-hand and right-hand spirals joined together by a straight or crimped cross-rod.

Most commonly used in elevated temperature applications for Sintering, Brazing and Annealing.

4. Rod Reinforced

A single directional weave with a straight connecting rod to add strength to the weave. Generally used in high temperature furnaces where high strength to weight is required. This weave does not track well due to the single directional weave.

5. Duplex Weave
The Duplex belting is woven of pairs of spirals, each pair turned ionto the preceding pair, and reinforced with a rod through the hinging point. The percentage of open area is decreased; weight and tensile strength are increased.
Because of its close mesh and smooth carrying surface, the Duplex belt is most efficient for carrying small parts such as needle bearings, lock washers, and similar products through quench tanks or other pro-cesses, and for the support of plastics and other products that would be marked by a more open mesh fabric.
This belt construction is frequently incorporated into chain driven belts, and is also chosen for furnace curtains or explosion screens

6. Compound Balanced Weave

A variation of the balanced weave, consisting of alternating left & right hand spirals compressed to create a very tight weave with a flat surface. Generally assembled with a straight connecting rod, but is available in limited specifications with a crimped connecting rod.

Common mesh used for small fasteners, catalyst and baking bands. Also used as furnace curtains. Available in any material.

7. Flat-Flex Belting

Light weight & open construction makes this belt popular in baking and food processing. Positive driven belting manufactured from 304 stainless steel and music wire.
Also available in metric pitch. Complete line of sprockets, blanks, shafts, turn belts, and complete conveyor units.

8. Chain Driven Belting
Mesh belting with chain attached to each edge for positive drive. The chain can be attached by rods that pass through the mesh or with channel/bar supports that are bolted/welded to the chain. The construction method used is based on the capacity required and the mesh will be determined by the smallest part size. Most common meshes are balanced weave mesh woven to accommodate the support spacing.
Common applications are ovens, quench tanks, washers, fryers, freezers and any application that requires positive drive to eliminate any potential tracking problems.
