The company produces a wide variety of fresh, semi-seasoned and seasoned kind of cheese in addition to some typical and local ones such as the Valstedda della Valle del Belice produced by sheep milk, the Caciottone di Santa Ninfa, the Pecorino Nero di Sicilia, the Primizio di Mamma Gina, the Pecorino Stagionato Nocino (seasoned in nut leaves), the Cacio-Bufalo. Many products are also sold in packed pieces with modern and smart packaging. High quality of cheese is granted by processing - in the new and big plant- the best milk only and by inspecting severely the whole manufacturing process, starting from the selection of cattle (breeding, feeding, etc), and checking the dairy factory seasoning premises included. The company has indeed obtained ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications related both to processing and environment preservation.
