3. Within 48 hours; Buyer wire the amount of US$ 70,000,000 to ESCROW ACCOUNT, PLUS 6.8% of the amount banking costs, custody transfer, Insurance and reinsurance.
4. Seller deliver to ESCROW TRUSTEE, the insurance and reinsurance policy.
5. Escrow trustee transfer the CDCA with insurance and reinsurance policy, to buyers account by banking courier.
