Structure and Working Principle

 

The cooker, the main machine of the fishmeal plant, is designed as a cylinder having a steam heated jacket throughout and a steam heated rotor, designed as a screw conveyor with hollow flights. The rotor is connected to a spherical ball bearing, and its speed is adjusted by an electromagnet governor. Two seal rotary joints are sitting at both ends of the rotor for steam in and condensed water out.

The raw material is cooked by the rotor, hollow flights and the jacket, then transported by the helicoids slowly. During the coagulation of the fish protein, the volume decreases, and the transporting speed become lower. The mass is mixed, agitated, and discharged smoothly by some automatic control equipments.

 

Features 

1.With auto-control feed-in hopper, by means of automatic level control to assure material full of cooker inlet, thus make cooking process even and continuous.

2.Main shaft and jacket indirect heating, assure the material well cooked. It avoids steam condensate mixing in the material, which will result in protein loss like direct heating.

3.With stepless speed transmission, to change cooking speed freely, so as to match the requirement of different seasons, fish series and sizes

4.By means of drainage system, take condensate back to boiler, therefore improve boiler efficiency, meanwhile reduce energy consumption

5.The each side of the main shaft are closed structure with press device, avoid vapors or liquid leakage from the Cooker, in that case keep tidy.

6.With steel foundation, no concrete foundation, changeable installation position
