Tealight assembly line as follows:

1.The line are made up of HRX-X18 Automatic Rotating Tealight Machine, HRX-X24 Automatic Rotating Tealight Machine, 5-7 sets of Automatic Aluminum Cup Loading Machines, 1 set of aluminum cup sorting machine, 1 set of aluminum cup round trip conveyor belt, 1 set of tealight round trip conveyor belt, 1 set of products conveyor belt.

2. The production line is reasonable in the design with high manufacture precision. It is also integrated with the advanced electronic control system, which allows the free control of all machines of the production line. It is convenient in the operation.

3. The production line realizes the automatic production by the integration of electronic technology and machinery, which can save lots of manpower.

 

 

Installing five groups of photoelectric sensor system of high sensitivity, when meet failures, it will stop automatically, also with Pilot Lights, operators will solve the problems in time.

 

 

 

For foreign customers, we use 9 PCT board box, ensure the transporting and export inspection quality.

 

 

 

 

Besides the candle machine, we also supply aluminium cup, wick holder for candle, wick holder. Aluminium cup with various sizes and different shape. Such as Round, Square, Heart, Flower and others.
